   - If a notary appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance, a full refund will be issued. 

   - Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

   - Refunds will not be provided for missed appointments or if the documents presented are not eligible for notarization.

 

3. Loan Services

   - If you decide to withdraw your loan application before any processing has taken place, a full refund of any fees paid will be issued.

   - Once the loan processing has begun, fees are non-refundable regardless of the outcome.

   

4. Credit Repair Services

   - You may request a full refund of any fees paid within the first 30 days of service if you are not satisfied with the service.

   - After 30 days, no refunds will be issued, but you may cancel your service at any time without further charges.

 

5. HR and Payroll Services

   - Fees for HR and payroll services are billed monthly and are non-refundable once the services have commenced.

   - If you cancel your services before the end of a billing period, you will not be billed for the next month, but fees paid for the current month will not be refunded.

 

6. Property Wholesaling

   - Any deposits made towards property wholesaling are non-refundable once the agreement has been signed and the service has begun.

   - If the transaction does not proceed due to our error, a full refund of any amounts paid will be issued.
